Scope of Practice: Giselle’s Body-Sculpting & Anti Aging Spa, LLC provides non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to microneedling, PRP therapy, body sculpting, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation.

Consultation Required: Individual suitability for any procedure is evaluated during an in-person health intake and consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment if a service is deemed medically unsuitable for a client.

Booking and Confirmations: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A credit card or deposit may be required to secure your appointment time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or require rescheduling to avoid delaying subsequent client appointments.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a non-refundable late-cancellation fee.

Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time services are rendered unless prior written package arrangements have been established.

Refund Policy on Services: Due to the specialized nature of aesthetic procedures, all rendered treatments and cosmetic services are non-refundable.
Product Refunds: Unopened retail skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations.
Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive cosmetic injectables, fillers, or advanced body sculpting procedures. Minors seeking allowed aesthetic services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent.
Health Declarations: Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding their medical history, allergies, current medications, pregnancies, or existing skin conditions on all intake forms. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
